You’re perched on a cliff, the air crisp with the scent of dry grass and wildflowers. The cool breeze kisses your cheeks. You find a spot, and bam!—those peaks tower, glistening in sunlight.
With your eyes shut, you inhale deeply, savoring the pure air. Each exhale, brings a wave of peace. Thoughts melt away like snow into a stream.
That’s nature meditation as I envision it for you—getting down with the wild, grounded in nature’s beauty, and feeling fully alive and at one with the world.
